Brown mother and stepfather were contacted for collateral information. The mother reported an argument started yesterday over her roommates missing Xanax. She reports 15 pills were missing from her roommates bottle and her daughter had been a primary suspect. The mother stated,"I took her phone because I pay the bill and saw that she had conversations about kill Joshua and I so I told her to get out." The mother reports seeing multiple message of her daughter wanting to trade her pills Klonopin from Suboxone. The stepfather, Joshua, reported reading the message off Ms. Brown's cell phone. He stated," at 1:45pm today she sent a message to the guy named Darkone telling him she does not have any other opposition, but to leave because she don't want to kill us. He reported in the messages she talked about getting a 380 from a friend to killing them. The mother reported once being threaten a month ago by a one of Ms. Brown guy friends at the hospital in regards to a hurting them. The stepfather reported Ms. Brown stated, "Tell them the true I just borrowed a 380." During the assessment Ms. Brown reported a friend she that had one she would ask to use and expressed it was her friend's child father, so she would not get into trouble.
Due to an increase in depressive symptoms, suicidal ideation with a plan, homicidal ideation with a plan, history of suicidal attempts, potential harm to self and others, patient does meet criteria for IVC and inpatient hospitalization.
