Most of the information on the actual site is categorized into various mental health areas with links to websites corresponding with the specific issues. This was a great feature because it offered education on many different mental health conditions from multiple reliable websites. The main reason I included this site as one of my key sources was because of the stories of overcoming mental health issues. There are inspirational videos and blogs to read about people all over the country who overcame their fear of asking for help, and ultimately overcame their mental health issues. If I or a friend was struggling, the videos and readings would really help to engage the ACT steps, especially the acceptance piece. Active Minds seemed really geared towards encouraging someone who is struggling to ask for help, which made it a great source for people who want
