The further I read, the more I find this story related to my personal life and also could be an explanation of how we experience different stressful events in our life such dating new people, presentations and others. Then, I came across someone talking about meditation and I knew that this is something that one must to try if they are looking for an actual transformation. I then learned how to meditate and I meditated everyday. In this period of my life, I learned that one need to understand that today's society promotes a pill popping nation for the benefit of the pharmaceutical industry. Although our problems do exist, pills are not the way to go. As harris says we need to understand that in order to get better we need to be aware that change happens gradually. Learning how to be mindful is the first step to change our life to the
