She argues about those illegal immigrates workers, who should be treated equally when they have work in hazardous condition for lower wages. Governments and politics leaders talked about immigration reform, but still there are many issues that were remain unsolved. The reason behind government politics remains silent for this issue is that there is benefit to the country. The demand for cheap labor increases and there are those undocumented immigrates who work in such a dangerous jobs that pay lower wages. Jo-Ann Pilardi talked about that there are many employers who offer a job to undocumented immigrates in lower wages, which should be fixed. Workers have come to across the southern border in great numbers to make a living and to contribute to the U.S. economy (Pilardi 387). The government should create a fair immigration program for people, who want to live, not one that divide and giving them name
