Summary Of Jennifer A. Nielsen's 'The False Prince'

Do you want to read a fictional story about 352 pages of harsh competition filled with action and rivalry? If yes, the False Prince is definitely the book for you! To try and bring together a broken court, Conner, a nobleman, creates a keen plan to put an impersonator on the throne in that place of the lost Prince Jaaron. Four orphans are chosen, including an audacious boy named Sage. Sage does not fully trust Conner’s plan, but he must if he wants to survive. With terrible lies and dangerous truths, it will certainly leave you at the edge of your seat. The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen is written in first person narrative and the genre is fiction.
The orphans, Sage, Roden, and Tobias, Latamer got killed in the beginning of the
story, have to compete with one another for the role of the false prince, only one boy can win this and the remaining two have to die. Sage does have a single care about this plan and does not want to become Prince Jaaron, he would much rather stay in the orphanage. However, Roden and Tobias care very much and will do anything to become the prince. Even so, all of them must fight with one another in order to stay alive. “Pray you are the one I choose,” said Connor. There may or may not be a final decision of the prince at the end of the story and the boys may not have to perish.
For rating purposes, I would give the False Prince a 3.5 out of 4 stars because I felt the beginning was slow and boring. I suggest this book to people who love to read action filled fictional stories. I would recommend this book to people who love fiction because it involves olden fictional characters such as kings, queens, and other royal members. It also is very exciting to read because of the things the orphans must to in order to live.
