Summary Of Jetty Ziff's Visit To Home
On October 8, 2015 worker visited the home of Ms. Jetty Ziff, for the purpose of monitoring her situation. When worker arrived, Ms. Ziff was sitting on her bed cutting out coupons. In her room, several garbage bags filled with clothes made walking around difficult. Ms. Ziff was wearing dirty clothes and presented with a urine smell.
Before leaving to go tour, Chase Harbor Ms. Ziff asked worker to come help her get something. Ms. Ziff walked into the dining room where she tried to unlock her china cabinet. Ms. Ziff had the cabinet locked and the key pinned to her shirt. After helping Ms. Ziff remove the key from her shirt, she unlocked the cabinet and gathered her long-term insurance information.

Ziff Adam went into the back of the house and called out for his mother, Jane Black. After getting the paperwork, Ms. Ziff called out to her daughter, Jane Black, who came into the several minutes later. Worker introduced herself and explained why she was visiting with Ms. Ziff. Ms. Black stated she knew about the assisted living and was going to tour the facility with the worker and Ms. Ziff.
Ms. Ziff and Ms. Black drove their truck to Harbor Chase and worker drove her car. After touring the facility Ms. Ziff and Ms. Black spoke with Anita Williams about price and paperwork. Ms. Williams informed Ms. Black and Ms. Ziff that the insurance company would be mailing paperwork to their home. Ms. Williams asked that the paperwork be completed and returned and that Ms. Ziff receives a chest-x-ray. They also required Ms. Ziff to pay 500.00 down in order for the room to be reserved. Ms. Ziff signed the check and Ms. Williams filled it out.
After the meeting, Ms. Black went to the hospital to have stiches removed from her hand and worker took Ms. Ziff home. Before returning home, Ms. Ziff asked worker to take her to the bank so she could cash a check. At the bank, Ms. Ziff signed the check and asked worker to write the check for 100.00. Ms. Ziff received the 100.00 in 1’s 5’s and 10’s. She explained the money was to give to Adam and Brady for cleaning up after the cat and washing her
