In order to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment, the students must learn how to make peace with each other. They must learn how to collaborate with each other. One of the strategies to encourage collaboration is to assign a group work. The biggest challenge with group work is that students do not know how to communicate with each other. I am going to give assignments that encourages each group members to communicate in various forms: speech and writing. Another challenge with group work is that some students do all the work, while some students do not do any work. Therefore, I am going to assign specific member roles to the students. At the end of the group work, I am going to give survey to the students evaluating each group members.
