Subject is very literal minded with substandard intelligence. As expected, subject spells words phonetically with no usage of writing mechanics. Has recently taken a Rorschach test and a thematic apperception test, unfortunately, did not succeed. Subject did not understand he had to visually interpret a picture out of the ink. He lacks the ability to grasp the concept of imagination. In addition, the subject did not beat Algernon in any one the mazes given to the two. This concerns my colleague, Dr. Nemur. Dr. Nemur is apprehensive about using this subject since he does not have a foundation of even the most fundamental human knowledge.

Ever since the operation, subject is has learned history, geography, arithmetic and is starting to learn foreign languages. Alice has seemed to reciprocate those feelings but believes it may be a problem if they date. Although he has acquired a large amount of intelligence, his situation may get hectic in the future. It has only been a month and subject is around a normal mental age and as time goes on, others might not be able to comprehend what he is saying, as it may be too advanced for the average brain. His intelligence was the reason his colleagues at the bakery signed a petition to have him fired, who knows what will happen next.
