Something interesting and even scary was that the jito could order his samurai to search, find someone, and even possibly kill them. I like the braveness and eye opening, jaw dropping moments in this book. For example, one moment that was jaw dropping was when Hidehira and Kimi come face to face again after about three to five years. I like how the author used the true era, feudal era to explain how crucial this story was within the rules of girls fighting. A quote that explains this similarity was “I see you blink with surprise. A girl? you are thinking. Surely a girl cannot be a samurai. But you are wrong.” That explains that they broke the rules for their passion, fighting. It also explains why I think that both the girls where very interesting. If I where in their shoes I would have not had the courage to do what they did, yet they still went through it with
