The Hunger Games
The novel of this story is called “The Hunger Games” it was written by Suzanne Collins the setting of the novel is set in a post-apocalyptic future of Panem located in North America. The rich and wealthy capitol and the twelve surrounding districts. The story is narrated by the protagonist sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen of district twelve which is well known for coal.
Katniss Everdeen is the winner of the 74th annual Hunger Games with her teammate Peeta Mellark and the strategies and methods she had used to survive in the wilderness.
Her skills of hunting she learned how to hunt when she was young after her father died she became the main provider of her family which is the younger sister, Prim and her mother. She's

When Peeta picked the poisonous berries and when a contested died by eating the poisonous berries she put them in her backpack so when someone steals the backpack and that sees the berries they will be poisoned and most likely dead. The the other example when she use her wits and her Talent skills with a bow and arrow is when she tried to destroy the food supply that was all piled up for the alliance she knew there were bombs in surrounding the resources and destroyed the baggage when she saw a bag of apples and the apples fell and hit the minefields which destroyed all of their food supply and Cato snapping the neck of the person watching it for screwing up. What are the most best examples of her using her smarts is when the rules were revoked the two of the same contestants from the same district we'll both be winners which is left Katniss and Peeta which cause Katniss to take out the poisonous berries that was in her backpack that she left the day before so her and Peeta would eat the poisonous berries so they will be no winners of The Hunger Games before eating the berries Katniss said “ one, maybe I'm wrong two maybe they don't care if we both die. Three it's too late to change my mind” (344-345). Which the time they are about to put their babies in their mouth the game makes you shouted enough and announce Katniss and Peeta the winner of the 74th Annual Hunger Game if she has haven't the berries that were in her backpack one of them would have been
