Bullies are always seen as tough individuals who don't care for others feelings. What you might not know is that what results them into becoming aggressive, is that they probably have had or are going through a rough time. At home the person is most likely not able to express their anger in which makes them take it out on others. Although how they take their pain out on others is truly bad, i’d recommend to consult with them and help them if they are going through bad times, so that they can stop this action.
