Behavior such as embracing diversity are apparent through the availability of multicultural art supplies, dolls, flags, books, foods, and activities. The most valuable code of ethical conduct appears to be the development of children to prepare for future and lifelong endeavors. The utmost significant part in the NAEYC Code of Ethics sums up to “the well-being of the children in our care is our primary responsibility.” (NAEYC.ORG) Children are the future, as early childhood educators we partake in their everyday lives for the majority of their first few years of life.
