* How has your character evolved and changed since entry 2? My character has become more daring. She is willing to break every rule for the person she loves. She used to only break a few rules, but not many at all. Now she has broken a rule that society sees as an infraction. If she would have gotten caught she would have been apart of the society, and Ky would have been kicked out of the society completely.

How are you, Anthony? Hope you are doing well as I am. Recently, I finished reading a book called Night by Elise Wiesel. This book is based on a real life circumstance endured by young Elie Wiesel. I truly enjoyed reading this book, therefore, I believe that you will enjoy it too. So I am recommending this book to you to read. Reading this book will give you a more in-depth, personal view of Elie’s experience during the Holocaust. An interesting fact: Holocaust was derived from the Greek word ‘holokauston’ which translates to ‘sacrifice by fire’.…

    | * Jem and Dill(of the future) are reminiscing about the “accident.” They considered a couple options but thought about Dill and the Radleys. This quote is giving you some back ground about the incident. * This is an interesting piece of text because it gives you some history on a very important character. I like it because it puts some mystery into the story at the first chapter. What is so significant about the accident? How were the Radleys involved? It gives you some introduction into the plot of the story. It says “Mr. Radley would see to it that Arthur gave no further trouble.” That text is interesting because it makes you think of the type of man Mr. Radley is and what Arthur did. * I haven’t been to court before, but I can relate in a way to Arthur and his parents. There’s always times when a teacher wants me to turn in an assignment badly, they may contact my parents, knowing they will take control of the situation. Than my parents get mad and make sure I get the assignment done.I * I like the use of foreshadowing used in the text. When it talks about the history of the Radleys, it gives you a question about why it is significant to the story. But if you read you will see they are an…

Death is a constant presence in life that can not be escaped and is experienced by everyone. Dylan Thomas’s “Do not go gentle into that good night” and Emily Dickinson’s “Because I could not stop for Death” and both deal with different perspectives of death. Thomas’s poem looks at death from an external perspective of watching a person die where Dickinson’s poem looks at death through the perspective of a person experiencing death. These perspectives on death show the acceptance of death and eternity and death and disparity of life ending.…

Most large successful companies lose the ability to enter small emerging markets because it brings additional risk to the corporation and might have stronger risk management policies. Other risks such as contractual risk, reputation risk, banking and currency risk, sustainability concerns are reasons why most companies fail to respond nimbly to changing market circumstances and challenges. Companies can address these issues by establishing proper risk management process, scenario development and contingency plans. In addition, large successful companies lose the ability to enter small emerging markets because they do not identify what they can and cannot do. They lose the capability to foresee changes, which disrupt any chances to continue to innovate and keep up with small emerging companies. Large successful companies need to always evaluate how effective they are using their resources, processes, and values. Once a company reaches the Large Company status, they lose focus and that’s not an acceptable practice in this changing technology and innovating world. Some companies fall so far behind technology and innovation where they end up going bankrupt and have to close. For example, one company may sell a product in a store and another company comes up with an ideal to sell the same product online. Customers will have the option of ordering the product online instead of driving to a store to get the same product. This a prime example of lack of continuing keeping up with technology and innovation can cause a company to hit growth trap and a result of having to close the business.…

After a suspect is arrested and officially charged with a crime, he or she becomes a criminal defendant (Zalman, 2008). This step is significant in the criminal justice process because it brings several new sets of rules into play related to the defendant’s trial. Before a criminal defendant can be tried however, a number of milestones must be met and several obligatory processes must be completed. These procedures are designed to ensure that a fair trial takes place (Zalman, 2008). As criminal justice professionals must work in the medium of truth in their day to day activities in order to maintain their ethical and professional integrity, understanding the pre trial process is vital.…
