One of the reasons for which I chose this recipe were because I like the ingredients. Some of my favorite vegetables are carrots, haricort verts, bloccoli, cauliflower and lettuce. In addition to that my most preferable meat is chicken and according to me, it is also enjoyable to eat potatoes. The fact that I like the meal is very important because if I would not do that, it would lead to that I do not consume the food. This can result the action of taking unhealthy options or not eating the food at all. The first risk can lead to obesity, while the second can lead to anorexia. These two health problems are responsible for billions deaths anually. One of the causes of these disorders are that people do not like the food. They assume that eating healthy means taking unappetizing food. However, the healthy options can taste very good if you select the aliment that you prefer most of all. This is just what I did in my selection of the recipe.
As I mentioned before, the taste of the food was not the only point I took into consideration. I also worried about how healthy the meal is. Therefore, I looked for a recipe that contains a lot of vegetables because they include many vitamines and minerals, which help our body function. All vitamines have varied functions for different body parts. All B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which the body uses to produce energy. These B vitamins also help the body metabolize fats and protein. In addition to that, thay are needed for a healthy liver, skin, hair, and eyes. They also help the nervous system function properly and are needed for good brain function. Some of these mentioned B vitamins are better than other in specific areas. B2 vitamin is specializeed in helping the hair grow and is the key to a healthy
