Supervisors
The role of a supervisor can differ from upper or middle management. Supervisors will usually carry out a specific task that they have expertise in or have some form of education. Supervisors usually ensure that work has been completed. Usually, those with leadership qualities gravitate a natural flow with their subordinates. Supervisors have to facilitate the achievements and goals of their subordinates and make them accountable for their performances. Supervisors make the recommendation for improvements and take action when appropriate. (p.114) “Supervision bring a measure of order for consistency to organizations by budgeting, planning, and staffing and controlling (Kotter, 1990).

Security personnel can be a retail clerk, supervisor secretary or even maintenance or janitorial staff. (p.103)
Visual assessment is the extra eyes and ears for security. CCTV is used electronically to record events. The recordings can be stored for future events. CCTV can enhance photos and recordings better than the human ear or eye. It enhances safety and security effectiveness. (p.61) CCTV also helps to recognize certain behaviors of people which can register information to the nearest police station.
Alarm systems notify alarming danger. Someone is opening a window or a door. There are motion detection alarms, trigger alarms or initiating alarms. Sensor alarms detect motion, heat, sound.
Someone can push an alarm if they're in danger or smell smoke or fire.
In which fire alarms or sensors come in play. Most people in America and throughout the world have some form of fire alarm system in their home. Either it is a smoke alarm, sprinkler system, or loud annunciator sound. Regardless of what type of security system we may have it still needs to be controlled by humans monitoring those
