All Natural is a juice company which started as a local juice bar in 2003 in Frankfort, KY. All natural has grown exponentially over past thirteen years and has become one of the most popular packaged natural juice brands in North America with annual sales exceeding $ 40 M. The company is still growing and senior management strongly feels the need to implement an ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to gain better control over business operations.
Problem Statement
"The need exists for implementation of an ERP system to interconnect financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, human resource management and customer relationship management in All Natural juice company. Such an ERP system will allow the company to collect, store, manage and interpret data from these interdependent business operations. Successful implementation will increase efficiencies and effectiveness of all business operations (Magal, S., & Word, J. ,2012)."

A. Teton. She completed undergraduate course work from an accredited STEM university in computer science. After graduating she worked as programmer in ubisoft for 3 years where she worked on four different projects. During her job she successfully passed project management professional exam and received PMP certification. After leaving job at Ubisoft she took job at fishbowl for one year as software developer and her team developed supply chain software with COST procurement solutions. She has also served as a project manager in several environment welfare events in accredited NGOs for two years. She wants to direct her career as an operations and management analyst because of her interest in business
