Abstract—The paper focuses on the development and renovation of the villages locating inside the scenic spots. With the development of the scenic spots, more and more traditional villages are surrounded by the spots, and under the influence from outside pressure, there exists the sharp contradiction of the land use, function renovation between the villages and the scenic spots. The excessive development has already resulting in the problems, such as the loss of the traditional culture in the villages, the decay of the natural scenery, etc.

The formation and development of village experience a long process of evolution. It will be accompanied by the changes of the external environment, economic structure and realizes the organic renewal. This renovation will have been in the process of dynamic change, and the economic environment is an important influential element for the village development.
Besides the Scenic Spots affords the working opportunities and better living environment, it will attract a large number of tourists, and the needs of accommodation, catering, entertainment and other demand will stimulate the villagers' spontaneous organization. In addition, for the intention of alleviating rural poverty, narrowing the urban-rural gap and stimulating economic growth, the government will also promulgate a series of preferential policies to encourage the the development and transformation of the villages.
