The Taming of The Shrew
During the play there are 3 men who are trying to woo Bianca, the youngest doughtier of Baptista Minola. Before any of them are aloud to court his younger doughtier they must find a husband for the foul and angry Katherina the eldest doughtier of Minola. Conveniently a man named Petruchio arrives in Padua who is looking for a bride the 2 men that were after Bianca first get him to agree to court Katherina. In order to get close to Bianca and win her hart 2 of the men Hortensio and Lucentio disguise themselves as tutors of Latin and music ,Petruchio is however the clear victor in this affair. While they were dong this Petruchio had forced Katherina to say yes to marrying him. Hearing this the 2 men Known as Lucentio and Gremio approached the father of Bianca and proposed why she should marry them however Lucentio won if he could get his father to confirm that he would give them part of his estate. After Petruchio and Katherina are wedded he changes her to a gentler women who cares deeply for her husband. In taming Katherina she taught the rest of the men wife’s that the only noble way to treat you husband is to come when you are called and help him in any way necessary. The principle characters were Petruchio, Lucentio, Baptista Minola, Bianca and Katherina. I experienced a play that is full of slap stick comedy but still has a grate message in the end. Each actor brought something different to the play some bought grate hilarity in there movement and others in the facial expressions. The actors also seemed to always know exactly ware they belonged on stage in seeing bad plays before placing is key to drawing attention to the right person. One personality that stood out the most was
