3.5 I encourage children and young people to try and deal with issues and conflict themselves, by mentoring them so that they know right from wrong and are therefore able to make the correct choices. If a situation arises where children disagree then I try to allow them time to discuss their opinions and come to a mutual agreement that is suitable and appropriate to both sides. Making sure that the children have the opportunity to express their emotions using a calm and measured approach. Allowing the children to discuss various ways that they could solve their problem or issue and finding a resolution using the best way forward to do this. One way of getting this message across to children could be by reading a story book that involves a conflict between people but is ultimately resolved with a positive outcome.
3.4 I help to support children and young people to develop their teamwork, agreements and the way they interact with others by encouraging the group I am assisting to work together at certain times as required. Allowing time for them to be able to give input with their own ideas and questions whilst at the same time respecting and listening to others and giving them an equal opportunity to give input with their own views and ideas. Ultimately, and with encouragement where it is required, they will come together in a mutual or majority group agreement, which each child will have had some input into. I would do this by nurturing the children's ability to take turns at speaking and valuing others speaking time.

Britain in the 18th century was a complete total different thing from today. In fact, we all know that the economy and hygiene has bettered from the past years.
The 18th century Britain was surely the time where no one would had liked to live in. Here are some descriptions about how life was in that certain time:
 There was pollution and a lack of hygiene at the time.
 There were certain sicknesses and deaths caused by viruses and diseases

    When thinking of the 18th century stores one has to think of society back in the time period. The late 18th century in France gives way to rebellion and new forms of government. With changes in government from monarchy to republic to oligarchy to a dictatorship all within a 25-30 year period, there is a shift of how the classes work in society. The original class system before the French Revolution was three different classes the clergy, the nobility, and the third estate. The Third Estate consisted of majority of the population from famers to businessmen to city watch as well. Through the changes of social classes during the revolution there is a disintegration of this three class system. The emergence of the middle class and the bourgeoisie as well as the high ranking members of society not necessarily nobility but aristocrats came about after the revolution. The aristocrats were similar to nobility in the sense that they held power and wealth to change things going on in society but there was no sense of showing deference.     Our text tells us to “ask whether the matter involved tends to arouse feelings or divide people” (Ruggiero, 2010) as a way to distinguish between problems and issues. After determining what is the problem and what is the issue I would be better able to decide on a way to express them. Before I can begin to express our problem or issue I have to first set aside all preassumptions and stubborness. I have to be willing to unbiasly veiw and consider his thoughts, feelings and proposals. To express our problem I have to ask questions such as: how can I change my attitude to make him feel comfortable enough to express his feelings and opinions; how can we communicate effectively with one another without arguing?
