First and formost is understand the Job skills employers are looking for.While your education and experience may make you eligible to apply for a job, to be successful in the role you will need to exhibit a mix of skills: ‘employability skills’.
Contents below can help you understand what is ‘employability skills’:
1.Interpersonal Skills:The set of abilities enabling a person to interact positively and work effectively with others.Strong interpersonal skills create more satisfying interactions in all environments. Developing people skills involves building strong relationships, demonstrating ethical behavior, communicating clearly and working effectively in team.
2.Communication Skills:The skill we use when engaged in face-to-face communication with one or more other people.Effective spoken communication requires being able to express your ideas and views clearly, confidently and concisely in speech, tailoring your content and style to the audience and promoting free-flowing communication.
3. Critical Thinking Skills:Critical thinking is the ability to think clearly and rationally. It includes the ability to engage in reflective and independent thinking.for example think several moves ahead. Don't just think one or two steps ahead.Try to imagine the possible futures the problem you're working on may take on.
4.Leadership: Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a goal.Leaders requires to play the role who model the way, envision the future, creating an ideal and unique image of what the organization can become.
5.presentations skills:A presentation is a means of communication which can be adapted into various speaking situation.Developing the confidence and capability to give good presentations, and to stand up in front of an audience and speak well, are extremely helpful competencies for self-development and social situations.

1.To fully understand ‘employability skills’ requires students put theories into practice the best way to do that is go look for job internship via newspaper ,website ,advertisement,and etc.

What are your conclusions on actions to achieve improvements?
In conclusion.To adapt into real work situation requires to fully understand the basic elements of employability skills and positively practice in job experience.
