2. By the end of the day Marty will be able to accurately practice a slow jog to lower blood pressure

Actively showing and describing how to apply slow jog with appropriate amount of time and frequency of for maximum positive feedback of lowering blood pressure

Paper outline of jog frequency and time needed to lower blood pressure along with example of demonstration by teacher
Demonstration with the learner then having learner demonstrate back to me
Will Monitor learners blood pressure everyday after exercise
3. By the end of the day expression of fears about effects of High blood pressure and its severity if untreated will be discussed

Discussion of concerns, risk factors and future side effects of hypertension if not treated
