Critical thinking question #1

I think computers will continue to advance. With the future innovations on

The road ahead Computers will continue to improve our quality of life. I hope that

Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) becomes more advanced. Some of the things I hope can

Be constructed are A.I. with enhanced characteristics such as personality traits.

Voice recognition that can make the consumer feel like they actually have a person

To unload their baggage on to, it would be a computer that functions like a real, live,

Office secretary that’s main priority is to serve you. I got ideas for this from the

Video game trilogy Halo by Bungle.

In the Halo video game Master chief (hero, protagonist) is a highly advanced

Space solider who has an A.I. personality named Cortana. She is intergraded with his

Armor and he has excess to her at all times. Her duties include guiding, updating,

Processing, and producing systematic solutions for the chief’s mission

Accomplishment. Cortana is an incredible A.I. with human personality traits, which

were easy to talk to, very passionate about her work, and the developers even went

Future in the field of technology? What must be done to bring Computers to the next

level? Where do we go from here?

I don’t think desktop computers are becoming obsolete. Desktop computers

are still more powerful then the mobile devices. Besides the Desktop is the

mothership of the fleet, in the sense

In 1981, IBM sold the first "PC", made from an 8088 processor with a clock speed of 4.77 MHz. It wasn’t the first computer ever made, but it was the first computer sold to ordinary people. We have moved on, we have made changes, and we have progressed to enhance computers. Computers have found their way into many aspects of our lives. In most cases computers make things easier for us. Computers have helped us so much, yet people seem to think we have come to be too dependent on them. Are computers really hurting our lifestyles? They have allowed us to learn, to communicate, and to organize making life just a little less stressful. Computers are great for the future of our world and will be greatly needed as we have many more things to discover in the near future and beyond. People may complain and argue that computers are just too much but they will see the truth when life needs more organization ,more communication and more education. Yes we could survive without computers, but the truth is… do we want to when we realize just what a computer can do for us. Computers are a central data base with thousands of resources instruments and tools that can help change the way we live. Yes we can use books and other resources to learn, but isn’t it nice to highlight the facts we need to know and take out the rest. Artificial intelligence is about natural information processing systems as well as artificial systems, and not just about how they perceive, learn and think, but also about what they want and how they feel. It has already had a profound impact on the study of human minds. The concept of artificial intelligence began with an ambitious research agenda that was to make machines with some of the traits we value most highly in ourselves: the ability to reason, problem solving capacity, creativity and the capability to learn from experience.
