The houses that I am analyzing are both located in Spring Hill Florida; one in zip-code 34609 and the other in zip-code 34610. The two homes are approximately 12 miles away from each other. My parents relocated to a neighboring area in Hernando County. Every time I visit them I visit them it seems the Spring Hill area calls my name. It is because I have fallen in love with this area over the past few years that I have decided to look into this are for me to relocate to. I have come to know the location, surroundings, and basically the kind of town it is. In addition to the normal size, number of beds and baths, I am looking at potential addition to a home, such as pool (if not included), and increased garage space. It is because of these criteria that I have chosen the two properties I have listed.…

The 2 articles I had chosen are on Blackfish and Sea World. The first title is called SeaWorld Questions Ethics of ‘Blackfish’ Investigator. I always thought that there was no doubt in my mind that Sea World was a good place that was until the movie Blackfish came out. This first article is about questioning the ethics that the investigator used to gain his insight on the killer whales that he used for the movie. I feel like this is not a good creditable source because there are many bias issues at hand which tends to lean towards one side which in this article is Sea world. How I can to this decision is the facts at hand which Sea world is only showing their side at hand. To think one sided is very bias because they want the reader to think they are right. The article reveled to me that Sea World has something to hide when they can’t explain why they think that all the investigators information is wrong. With no substantial evidence and/ or qualified personnel.…

It has been said that one must recognize their history in order to understand the present and prepare for the future. Although our course is entitled “Vietnam & 20th Century Experience”, our course actually begins in the 19th century. This is because it is both necessary and helpful to study the context of prior history in order to understand that culture and the mindset that the people of that culture were in when decisions were made and actions were taken that led to significant events in their history.…

Nucor is a steel manufacturing company that makes steel by recycling used metals and reforming them into new beams and sheets. Nucor has long had a reputation as a good place to work, although its human resource management policies have generated some controversy. Employees are paid by how much they produce, the more they produce the more they make. Yearly bonuses are based on overall company performance. Employees can choose how hard they work and have a good deal of decision making authority. The company gives employees final say on issues such as halting the process when an error is detected or a possible equipment failure may occur. Further, employees have a significant voice in matters of company policy that affect them. The company has a no-layoff policy, but employees feel the effects of a recession in their paychecks. The current recession has reduced orders at Nucor by 50%, which means employees are seeing up to a 46% reduction in their take-home pay, a bite that most of them cannot afford.…
