INTRODUCTION

A. Background of the Study

Generator has many meanings. However, this study’s definiton of generator is a program or software that generates something, in this case, tests, patterns and even format. Test generators can help you create your tests. With test generators, you can create multiple-choice and single choice questions all on the same test. You can also add images in question, scenario, choices and explanations varying on the type of test generatos used. You can copy questions from other tests without retyping a thing. With just a couple mouse clicks, you can copy one or multiple questions from another test or tests to the test you have open. You can also create multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, matching, short answer and true or false questions. Some test generators have offline computer exam management including recruitment, performance appraisal, pre-employment testing, post employment testing, training evaluation, exam preparation, etc. It is very cost effective and it improves confidence and career potential. Kids can also practice IQ tests created by their mom/teachers. School or college students can improve their exam. Job seeker can practice aptitude tests and any technology tests. IT professionals can use it for certification preparation. Organizations can conduct pre- employment test/can use it for training. Any university, college or school with a computerized education system can adopt this system. Professors can administer test using this system. The system will provide a template for test, so that the professor will only choose what type of quiz he/she wants then the test will be generated and the questions also will be inputted by the professors. As the professors created the test the students can answer it through the system also and they will receive immediate feedback or the result of their quiz or test.     The psychometric assessment test I evaluated for this project is the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test. This test is a popular intelligence test used to assess the aptitude of prospective employees for learning and problem solving in a range of occupations. A man named Eldon F. Wonderlic originally created the test in 1936 and throughout the years alterations and new versions of the test have been created. The test is actually quite simple; the participant is required to answer 50 multiple-choice questions in just 12 minutes in a written or online format. When the test is complete the score you receive is simply the number of questions you got right. If the 12-minute time limit runs out before completing all 50 questions any question not answered will be considered incorrect. A score of 20 would indicate average intelligence, while a score of 10 suggests literacy.
