The Advantages of Taking Herbs as a Supplement in Daily Life. The herbs generally are natural food and medicine based from growing plants, fungus, shrubs, and trees. Then, they are usually easy to planted and grow without complicated care. It just needs enough sunrise, good seeds, and good soil. Moreover, they also exist in the forest. For example, ‘Tongkat Ali’, ‘Kacip Fatimah’, ginger, mint leaves, garlic, and others. There are three advantages of taking herbs as a supplement in daily life. The first advantage of taking them, as a supplement in our lives is it precious for health such as provides a better immune system support in our body. When we have a healthy body, we could do a lot of work without fallen tired easily. At the same time, we can produce the quality in our work. That proved by successful people in their field, if asked about the secret of their success they would answer with good health care. Then do not easily give up the practice until we grab the successful and perfection. Therefore, so we could thinking wisely and get the idea smoothly from our brain while we need it in anytime. For instance, when we hold the status as a student, which requires us to always thinking either in the class, outside of class, and in the association. The second advantage of taking herbs as a supplement in daily life is it can train us to be more discipline for our health. Everything that we do in our lives has to be discipline to ensure that we achieve the end successfully. Thus, we have to make a time schedule for taking it as a supplement, such as choosing a good time when we have to take it. For example, if we have to take it at the morning such as before or after breakfast, same as the afternoon and the night so automatically we will not ignore the time to take it.
