The infringement on the Second Amendment and the domino affect that’s sure to follow, has brought up a lot of concerning issues of American’s are being put to the test, to contest or not contest the Second Amendment due to the recent violent events that have involved fatal gun related crimes. But was this infringement starting to be put into play even before these events occurred? II. What are some of the main issues that brought on this infringement? A. Recent gun related violence. 1. The movie theatre massacre in Colorado. 2. The Newton elementary school shooting. B. What actions were taken after these incidents. 1. The thoughts for new gun laws. 2.
