bursts of fire 50-80 meters. This weapon is mostly used for the military and some forms of the weapon is used for farming. Those used for farming aren’t really a weapon however when the middle class have access to it without using it for the right intentions it is kind of hilarious. The second amendment does give the american people the ability to own arms, but it does not state that people have an unlimited right to own guns. “On June 9, 2016 the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 7-4 that "[t]he right of the general public to carry a concealed firearm in public is not and never has been, protected by the Second Amendment…
Why do we have middle class people need firearms besides handguns. It is not and never will be necessary for the middle class to own them. If they would like to use them for sports they can go to arranged events or go to a gun range. If it is for hunting then they need through background checks to make sure that he or she could not be a danger to society. "What I think is two things, number one, that restricting the right to keep and bear arms is unconstitutional.” The second amendment also protects individual gun rights.
This does not mean that everyone may own whatever they want and to show that we are all responsible we need to change the laws now rather than later. In conclusion, gun laws now are of average effectiveness, but the safety of our families and our country relies on the strength of these gun laws and we need to take the initiative now rather than later to change them and empower
them.
