Banning the Right to Bear Arms
Allowing more people to have the right to carry a concealed weapon will decrease crimes. By having a variety of people being able to carry a concealed weapons permit meaning women/men, police officers, security guards. This includes having police officers in public schools to make the children safer. The right to bear arms decreases crimes, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. Personnel who open carry or concealed carry are less likely to be assaulted or robbed. The criminals are the only ones for gun control for their own protection. That way they can increase the robbery percentage. Protecting the 2nd amendment rights for all individuals to bear arms benefits Americans by decreasing violence, rape, and
assault. Guns should not be controlled because of our own safety for the safety of others in public parks or even at a store. It is our right in the 2nd amendment for us to bear arms for our protection.’’Residents gun owners have use of there fire for 2.5 million a year to protect themselves of criminal attacks’’. If gun control took over how would you defend yourself?. Gun control is trying to go through our union to take over our military bases, our army’s, and even our air forces. Our firearms benefit society not too many times do you hear that. The state of Pennsylvania is going to join the constitution to allow a personel at the age of 18 to purchase and conceal carry a handgun. The supreme court has made a rule of law that it is up to the citizens to be responsible for their own safety and protection. “10 million violent and 30 million property crimes a year’’.” Hospital treatment centers treat over 1.2 million in injuries from crimes”. Concealed carrying has not lead to more or less of gun ownership. “ Most guns that are traced have not been used to commit violent crimes, and most guns used to commit violent crimes are never traced”. “ Very few Gang members walk the streets without having a weapon, firearm”. For owning a firearm if you have a criminal background you may not be allowed to own any type of firearm. A criminal background could affect you in a lot of things. You may not be aloud anyone who owns a gun or a weapon. with a criminal background chances of even being allowed a fire range are slim to none. being able to own a handgun with a possible background of either rape, murder, robbery, etc. in the case of that the advantage of carrying a concealed or open carry will decrease the chances of a crime. “There are approximately over 300 million guns in private hands in the united states”.
Americans are teeming with guns what if governments were going to take away guns but then leave criminals armed. “The right to bear arms in the 2nd amendment has increased firearms sales 215% since 2007”. “In 1985 it was issues for a concealed carry in the state of Pennsylvania”.
A Pennsylvania license can not be signed to another state residents or a non American citizen who does not have either a current permit license or documents that are similar. those who either open carries or concealed carry's to deter a criminal are less likely to suffer injury than those unarmed during an attack. “Since 1986 the number of states in which it is legal to carry concealed weapons has grown from nine to 31, representing 49 percent of the country's population”.{ Carrying Concealed Weapons Reduces Crime}
The Federal law providing a "bright-line" standard will permit carrying in places that police stations; courthouses; public polling places; meetings of state, county, or municipal governing bodies; schools. The constitution protects the personal of the rights of the gun ownership. larger states with a higher population of gun ownership has the latest amount of crimes. Police cannot protect everyone at once. the concealed carrying has protected the personal over 2.5 million
times.
By putting police officers in schools is good. it will decrease violence, drug sales, fights, and school shootings . the police officers have been hired to protect the children and facility. Serious crimes in schools includes rape, attempted rape, shootings, gang related violence, and robbery. There are also other views of a police officer in schools. schools are becoming more aware for the possible dangers in the schools. crimes have decreased in a major advantage since there has been police officers in public schools. Illegal guns are a huge business in the United States. if gun control laws were made there would be even more strict, these criminals would still be able to obtain illegal weapons and use them to obtain harm and violent crimes. The only difference would be that the people who are not criminals would not have the ability to defend themselves in a court of law. gun control laws are not needed. What is needed, is a greater focus on education on firearms. We should teach people from an early age the damage that they can do, how to properly and safely use a firearm. The steps to make sure that they are safely using the firearm. Education would be a helpful step to gun safety.
