Description: If you want to acquire Concealed carry license then nothing can be best way-out other than following few steps easily. Those steps are to be organized in a proper manner for acquiring this license.…
Today’s global environment has become more violent than just a decade ago. The majority of attacks has been on civilians in atmospheres where few, if any, of the victims are expected to be armed and able to defend themselves. However, hindsight reports from law enforcement personnel admit that if more private citizens were armed, the number of lethal crimes would most likely decrease. This is because criminals won’t know who, or how many, individuals are armed and ready to protect themselves and their loved ones.…
According to a State Representative of Florida; Matt Gaetz. In the states that do not allow open carry violent crimes are twenty-three percent higher. These violent crimes defined by federal officials as: murder, forcible rape, robbery and aggravated assault. There is no direct proof that open carry caused the decrease in crime, but it is proof that the open carry law does not increase the rate of crime. Open carry has time to change and improve and I hope to see it save many lives in the future. So as of now I am a stout enthusiast of Open…
The article, "Supreme Court Declines to Hear Case on Concealed Gun Restrictions" is about a case that was declined by the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday. The case, Peruta v. California, argues the good cause requirement in order for residents to be able to applying for a license to carry a concealed weapon infringes on Second Amendment rights. This mean the U.S Supreme Court was presented with a case about the Second Amendment and dismissed the court without hearing it. I believe the U.S Supreme Court should’ve listen to the case and not just this case, but every case. If someone is filing a lawsuit it’s because they was concerned about a certain topic. Therefore, their problem should be solved.…
While some may argue that concealed weapons should not be legal because criminals can get their hands on them, it is much more true that if law-abiding citizen have weapons, they can protect themselves and those around them. Again, the survey referenced above shows that over 500,000 people used a weapon to scare off a criminal trying to injure them. These numbers would go up in a good way, because more people would have guns to scare people away, if they already have one at the ready for concealed…
As commonly known, protection means a thing, person, or group that protects. In this case, protection is a firearm. Across the United States, conceal and carry is a law that allows a trained licensed owner to possess a weapon for protection in times of desperation. In this generation, school employees should be allowed to conceal and carry, because the potential dangers that schools face could be stopped in a moment’s notice to protect all from harm. An attempt to stop a mass attack is more helpful than ignoring the fact lives are at risk.…
A number of people get killed in different campus. Some states are allowed to carry a gun on campus and others are not. Campus should be a safe place for students and they should feel safe when they are going to the campus. There are many crimes happen on campus because of problem with two students or two groups and the students use their gun and start to kill each other. Also, there are many terrorists mean to school and killed people because those campuses are free gun. So, is it good or bad thing to carry gun on campus? What happen when government allowed students to carry gun on campuses? Will carry gun on campus make the campuses safe or dangers place? Students should not carry weapons on campuses.…
Imagine the feeling of safety as if it is constantly within our control or ability, people that are in possession of a concealed weapon are aware of the responsibility and the results of what can happen when using a concealed weapon. Safety of teachers, all other employees and students at a learning intuition can greatly improve if the staff could be armed with concealed weapons. Also we must remember that all citizens of the United States have the right to carry and own a weapon as guaranteed by the second amendment of the constitution of the United States of America. Safety and security could be greatly improved with teachers and faculty carrying concealed weapons on campus, therefore, the teachers and faculty increase security; the safety of the students can also be achieved.…
There is a large split in American population on whether or not Concealed carry is a right or should be a law.…
Many times people confuse whether or not allowing gun laws actually reduces the crime rate. As gun rights is a natural born right of citizens, some believe that should be banned, and many others believe that the law should be extended to lawful citizens. Based on my own experiences there have been several instances where I wish a legalized weapon was in arms reach. There was an instance about 7 years ago where my little brother and I were the only two in the house and an intruder broke in while we were there. No one was hurt or injured but it was traumatic for two children as it happened right after my mom had went to work. I would…
There are very strong opinions on both sides of the argument; is the Conceal Carry Law going to be helpful or harmful? Many people believe that having the right to carry a conceal weapon is supportive. According to a 2000 study by John Lott, PhD, "shall-issue" laws have reduced homicides by 8.5%, aggravated assaults by 7%, and rapes by 5%, and robberies by 3%. They believe that criminals like unarmed victims, and that if a criminal thinks that a victim may have a weapon on them they may think twice about attacking. It also puts more control into the hands of the law-abiding citizens, instead of the criminals, who have the most of the control when carrying a weapon illegally. People can protect their families when in danger, because law enforcement is not always…
Concealed carry is very dangerous and it should be banned without any hesitation. States that passed the law of open carry weapon had a dramatic increase of murder rate. People who carry gun vast majority of them aren’t good people. According to the Pew research center only 13% of people…
On the contrary, opponents of gun-control laws claim that it is useless to prevent violence by regulating guns. In fact, law-abiding citizens are already permitted to carry concealed weapons in forty states with gun crimes rate remaining the same (Wright). In my opinion, with guns thousands of citizens could save their lives. Just like Jessica, they gain courage because guns are available to them when emergencies occur.…
On Friday, December 14 there was a shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary. A man shot an entrance into the school, through the front office and then continued toward the classrooms. He walked into a Kindergarten classroom of 14 innocent 4 and 5 students and a substitute teacher, in which he shot all of them. He continued toward a first grade classroom in which he shot the teacher and six of the students. This is all could have been stopped if a citizen with a Concealed Carry Permit, CCP, was near during the incident. A school isn't allowed to have guns on campus and that makes it all the bit more easy for a shooter to walk in and not be stopped. Concealed weapons should be legal in all states because it is a right of the US citizen, can stop…
The first benefit of making guns illegal is that the number of accidental shootings would decrease. Before, just since the killing in Tucson, 320 Americans have been killed by guns. Everyday, about 80 people die from guns or severely injured. However, if the country makes guns illegal then the number of people dying by gunfire would decrease. Also, not just homicide, suicide rates are higher in stages with more guns. This is because there are more gun suicides. People think it is the easiest way to commit suicide by using guns. If the state bans using guns, the probability of gun suicides will decrease.…
