Conflict is a natural part of life, some conflicts have a positive outcome, other times conflicts have a negative outcome, but the best way to get through it is with a positive attitude. In many ways a positive frame can give somebody strength to not give up. Karen Griffith was told that she would need an aortic valve replacement, Karen knew that was the end constantly, but it wasn’t. Moreover Ms. Griffith could've thought of all negative things that could have possibly happened to her, but she got through with a positive attitude.
