Being a school directress is a twenty-four-seven job because the school is constantly in one’s thought. It has to be because, as the leader, you are responsible for the faculty, staff and, most importantly, the students. Sometimes you stay awake at night thinking through a difficult problem about the school; other times these problems prevent you from sleeping well or enter your dreams.
According to studies conducted by the researchers, most school directors are overwhelmed with the workload associated with their job. The job, it seems, has so many facets that no Superman or Wonder Woman could do all the job entails and do it all well. Think about this – It would be impossible for one person to be accomplished a long list of "school director tasks". It takes a remarkable person to deal with all the negatives that you have to deal with as a school director.
In our school, we have our very own Super Woman that her very presence struck into everyone from her students when her disciplinary aura comes. She devastated the noise when she set her feet to our school. Every single detail of an event is orderly arranged and executed properly. Self-discipline is what she implanted to everyone since she believed that our school is a training ground for students to be ready for the life they would experience after school. Managing school work, employment, money and household responsibilities all require self-discipline. It is what helps successful people to turn their failures into successes. She is a mother of two also a loving and faithful wife moreover treated her students like her very own.
