For example, you could be a hard worker, a lazy worker, an intelligent employee, a comical employee, or a non-expressive worker. These creative genes are something you are partially born with and partially developed with over your span of being young. Research in the book Born Entrepreneurs, Born Leaders: How your Genes Affect your Work Life, confirmed that genetics account for almost thirty percent of the difference between people in overall job satisfaction (Shane). This is conveying that genes affect work life in which could impact your creative mind throughout your life in a negative or positive way. This is because if you do not like your job or not satisfied with it your mind will not be in a good mindset to have creative ideas at work. For example, I love going to work every day at Fastenal therefore I came up with a few creative ways to pack up items to ship out. On the other hand, one of my coworkers complains every day about working at Fastenal and gets nothing done.
