When we were younger we didn’t care who we interacted with , our parents have taught us not to hang around certain people because they believe they are bad people without meeting them or not to stare at someone who looks to be in danger or hurt because it doesn’t concern us but in reality it actually does because if that person was injured or murdered, you have the guilt in not calling for help. I believe race plays a role in why people won’t help others in danger, either because they were taught to hate that certain race or their scared something might happen to them. Also I believe that fear plays an important role because we are scared to be different we don’t want to stand out or were scared that the person who is doing the crime might come after us and try to injury or kill us. Nobody is perfect we all have turned our heads when we saw someone in need of help like a homeless man asking for change or an old person try to carry something that looks heavy: and this law can bring us out of our
