The Christmas Day Hunt Short Story
The Author Borden Deal wrote the story the Christmas Day hunt and I think the theme is things are usually not as bad as you think they are.My first reason I think that is because when he shot the dog he thought his parents were going to be really mad at him. Then on Christmas Day he was feeling really bad about his self and he was bummed that he probably would not get the bike he wanted. So when he was opening his present, he was mad because he did not get the gifts he wanted. Then he peeked out the window and saw all the hunters coming in from the hunt and he saw him dad wave him over there. So he slowly walked over there not knowing what his dad was going to say. Then his dad had him opening a little box,and guesse what was in there a little

The show focuses on a child named Ralphie, who wants a Red Ryder BB Gun for Christmas.Valerie’s production captured the happiness and cheerful atmosphere during Christmas and also focus on emphasizing Ralphie’s desire of a BB Gun as his Christmas present. During the show, I was impressed by many design and technical production elements. For example, the quick changes, the adequate use of theatre stage and also the use of sets to change from fantasy and reality. However, the most striking elements to me are the set piece of Ralphie’s house and the sufficient use of rigging system.…

Hey Virginia, there is more than just a Santa Claus. Nowadays, Americans have either forgotten or ignored Christmas traditions put in place over 1500 years ago. They would rather indulge in the gifts and shopping to please their family than sit back and enjoy the holiday. This new mindset has led Christmas, Hanukkah, and other seasonal festivals to lose their religious intent through the past centuries by the hands of both people and markets. The original purpose of Christmas, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, has been trampled and overshadowed by a marketeer’s interpretation of how to represent the holiday. Santa and snowmen have become the faces of Christmas, instead of the Son…
