Fresh Food
Food is very important in human life. No one is able to live without food. Our body needs food for growing up and as the source of power. Some people use food to earn money. They build a restaurant and serve various foods. Generally, we know that there are two kinds of food. They are fresh foods and canned foods. In the following paragraph, I’m going to explain more details about the comparison of canned foods and fresh foods in three aspects. They are flavor, health and cost.
First, in flavor, fresh foods are quite different from canned foods. Fresh foods use natural spices: for instance, salt, sugar, pepper, onion, garlic, etc. Canned foods also consist of natural spices. However, most of them contain chemical flavoring, such as MSG (monosodium glutamate), which make them more delicious.
Second, fresh foods and canned foods are totally different in health. Fresh foods are made of natural ingredients. So they are very good for our health. Conversely, canned foods contain some chemical ingredients which made them dangerous for our health: for example, sodium benzoate and monosodium glutamate. They can cause some diseases, such as: cancer, heart attack, etc. In addition, canned foods can damage our cell growth, while fresh foods are needed for our cell growth.
Third, if we want to get fresh foods, we don’t need a lot of money. We can buy them with low cost. In contrast with canned foods, if we want to buy them, we have to spend a lot of money because the price is more expensive than fresh foods. You merely get one canned food with 10,000 kip whereas you can get a basket of fresh foods with such money.
Based on the explanation above, I conclude that fresh foods are better than canned foods because fresh foods are very healthy and cheap. So we can keep our body healthy and we can save our money too.
