The driving age shouldn’t be raised because at the age of 16 you can be working. A driver’s license will allow a teenager to have transportation. The transportation will benefit you, friends, and family. You will have transportation to school, work, and home. This driver’s license will make you more responsible and mature.
The age for driving is fine exactly where it’s at. A teenage boy or girl gets a learners
permit at the age of 15 and 6 months. The boy or girl having the permit holds it for 6 months before he or she can have a license. You have 6 months to practice become mature and responsible to drive I believe that is plenty of time. I believe the age 16 is fine for someone to be able to have a license.
I believe practice makes perfect. You have 6 months to practice once you have a learners permit. In 6 months you can drive 180 days if you drive every day. I think 6 months should be plenty of time to learn how to drive and get some skills. I believe the state legislator needs to leave the law alone.
The state legislator needs to leave the driving age at 16. The age 16 will benefit the driver in many ways. The benefits will help the driver and their family. The driver if they have a job he or she will have transportation to and from work. They won’t be relying on their mom or dad for transportation. It will also provide transportation to and from school or college.
