I believe under the circumstances that doctor Holmoquist sees this shall be morally permissible. As these women are the ones who are going through heart ache by being in an abusive home, being sexually abused and the young teens health is at stake. If these young teens parents or guardians do not allow the doctors to follow through on the abortion the child would be put through a tough pregnancy putting at stake the young teens life and the babies life. Many of these doctors may already see a circumstance where the teens health is at stake and she needs to have an emergency abortion or she runs the risk of loosing her life and the child’s. If the doctor has to wait 48 hours for a parent or guardians consent it may be to late (and they have both lost their lives) and the teenage girl and the child have both lost their lives. At the point where the woman’s life is at stake it would be best to follow through without the parents consent as the woman my loose her life. I know many people believe that there shall be a ban on abortions as they find it wrong to end a unborn child’s life, as some situations I believe it is the woman's choice and if it is the best decision for her and her health then she should have the right to follow through with the abortion. Many people do not put through the thought of what many women have gone through and the reason she is getting an abortion as I believe that if a woman is a victim of sexual assault, or her health is at risk the right to abort an unborn child should be allowed in all states and or
