While I was able to perform the front crawl, for the most part, the breaststroke did not go as well. I barely felt myself move from my starting position and I stopped swimming at one point because I felt like I was sinking. After watching the video, I can see now that one of the reasons I barely moved was because I failed to maintain
the streamline position in between my kicks. In addition, I can tell that my hands were doing the correct motion, the “catch and pull,” but my kicks were not powerful enough to propel me forward. I will make sure to work on this in the future.
