The Great Boycott 2006: Article Analysis
California SCR 113, “The Resolution” or “The Great Boycott 2006” urges California to boycott Arizona economically based on Arizona’s new strong immigration law. This economic boycott calls on various state and private entities to withhold financial support. Such support includes travel, state investments, and a strong urge for the MLB to find a different host state for the 2011 All-Star Game.
This bill could potentially effect the funding and resources the school gets from California as well as surrounding states. Such resources could include gas, food supply, water, etc. If there is a shortage of those resources the state could be placed in a state of emergency in some sections or even the entire state. If this happens then education
