I consider the greatest accomplishment of the Maya is the number system. I believe this because we still use it today. We use the number system everyday and we would be lost without the number system.
The numeral system is in my opinion, the Mayans greatest achievement.. The Mayans mathematics has a lot of culture. Its been used in the past and used currently. The Mayan number system is based on twenties. It is very useful.
I believe that the number system is the Mayans greatest achievement because for one, people still use it today. If humans did not have math or the number system, then humanity would struggle. Another reason is that it helps people with jobs. Many people make money by using math such as accountants. As you can clearly
see, the number system is very helpful for us.
I believe that the number system has an impact on us today. I believe this because we still use it till this day. We use math in our everyday lives. If the Maya did not come up with the number system, then the world would be very different. We are very, very lucky to have the number system in our lives.
