The film and the novel mostly have several similarities. The similarities between the novel and the film tells the same storyline, which takes place at the same time. Between the film and novel, they both mostly have similarities that tells or shows the parts.
The differences in the film affect the way events happened. One example is where Thresh killed Clove with a stone in the novel, but in the film, it shows Thresh knocking Clove to death. Another example, between the

In my opinion, I think I prefer to choose the movie of “The Hunger Games” as my favorite. I chose the film as my favorite because it shows the storyline of what happened specifically, although, the novel of “The Hunger Games” tells us more of what the events happened. My opinion of the film had several events that changed, but it wasn’t a lot more violent. The novel tells about the storyline happening in “The Hunger Games” and the deaths of the tribute were more violent than the film.
As you can see, the similarities and the differences of “The Hunger Games” affects the changes of the storyline. They both tell or show the same storylines happening and the differences between the novel and the film has several causes of the effects in the story. Although the novel and the film has several changes to “The Hunger Games,” they both still tell the effects in the story. The events happening between the book caused more violent than the movie, but it shows scenes more specifically it was told in the book.
