The Importance Of Injury In Soccer
Soccer is a worldwide sport known everywhere and it is the most popular sport in the world . Soccer is a fun game to play and a good exercise and it helps you get fitter and many more. The game helps you learn and connect with your team but it sometimes can get rough by getting injured thats why you should always prevent an injury.

The most common injury in the game soccer is sprains and strains. This injury is usually caused in the lower limb. It happens if you get a kick to the leg or a twist to the knee or overuse of muscle. It also disables people to walk. Sprain and strain injury can be directly or indirectly it is direct if your falling or a strong kick to the body which breaks the joint out of position. Its indirect if the Strain is a pull or tear in the muscle

You cant just sit down you have to move your injured area in the 48 hours. If you can not put weight on the injured area use crutches.

Compression - You have to use bandages on the injured area to reduce the swelling. Ex: elastic wraps before you apply the bandages ask a doctor of how to perform it correctly

Elevation - You have to be able to keep the injured area Ex: ankle knee or wrist placed on the pillow which has to be above the level of the heart so it can help reduce the swelling.

Begin Rehabilitation - After couple of weeks you should be able to return to your daily activities. You have to be able to move your injured area and ask doctor for more information.If you can't move its normal because your injury didn't heal properly because the injury is bad. You have to go to the doctor for examination and x-rays to check your injured area if you are ok to return back.

When your good to go you should see a trained health care professional like medicine physician, orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist to see how your doing. When they say your good to go then you can get back to your sports
