For example, my best friend’s niece, Jessica, has a very bad condition where she is constantly moving around. In order for her to stay calm, her doctor prescribed her a medicine that contained marijuana. Jessica was getting better, but then one day she ran out of her medication, she went crazy. She started to run around everywhere, screaming, and pushing and throwing things to the floor. It was very bad. Her parents immediately took her to the hospital. The doctor had explained that the reason she started to act that way was because she had not taken her medication. It was almost as if Jessica was addicted to it, her family asked for a different prescription and one that did not contain addictive ingredients.They received even better results than the ones they were getting from Jessica’s medication before. Jessica was getting better without having to take a medicine that contained drugs that one day can harm Jessica a lot more than it already had.
