The Importance of Teaching Mathematics and Science in English (PPSMI)
I Introduction
The whole idea of a good education system is to prepare out children so that they are better prepared to face the challenges of globalisation, liberalisation as well as the fast development in today’s information and communication technologies. What it has done is given our students, from a very young age, a new sense of confidence when using the international language of communication and it given them a good basic grounding from which they can and they should, continue to improve their mastery of a major second language, apart from Bahasa Malaysia.
