FADE IN:
Only a spotlight shines on FIONA’s face. She’s in her late twenties, kind of pretty, but somewhat dark and peculiar. Her long hair is dishevelled and her style messy. She wears a black hooded sweatshirt with old brown leather boots.
The outlines of a stage are vaguely recognizable. The rest stays in the dark. For a moment It seems like a theatre stage. Everything is silent. Fiona stands in front of a microphone. Her eyes are closed, she seems nervous. Slowly she opens them.
FIONA
Be yourself; enjoy every moment of your life; Be in the now; Don’t wait for anything; Reach for the stars and live your dreams;

All at once, without any guidance.
Empty franchise philosophy, words with no meaning, a facade used by advertisement to make us yet a little more unhappy.
She hears the opening of a door, someone enters. For a brief moment she gets distracted. She gathers herself.
FIONA (CONT’D)
How can I be someone I never got to know? Will I ever find an answer close enough to fit within the borders of any definition? I truly hope there’s far more, but the limited perception of my own mirror reflection.
Slowly suffocating by the meaning of who I might be, the desperate wish grows to shatter the image into million pieces, hoping...
There’s a chuckle in the background. Fiona’s gaze drops to the ground.
FIONA (CONT’D)
Hoping it will never be whole again.
I truly refuse to be myself, whatever it means.
MAN VOICE (O.S.)
