The groups that we can take a look at are:

2.4 Implementation of the theories by the leaders
Implementation of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Basic/Physiological Needs
Maslow realized that people need to fulfill their survival needs like shelter food and warmth before moving and dealing with other needs. The people have to have warm clothes, adequate breaks and cozy restrooms, also staff rooms for taking lunch ,coffee and so on. The leaders realized that and they are making breaks for rest room on every 60-90 minutes, also a comfortable place for the workers to take their lunch break and probably a nap.[ ]
Safety or security Needs
Every leader has to ensure health and safety regulations and to stick with it. On the building site there are a lot of risky areas and situations so every worker has to be instructed how where and when he is in danger. Insuring the working environment makes people calmer and brings motivation in their work because they are feeling more confident and they can perform better. [ ]
