Job recruitment is one way, the I/O psychologist will analyze the job, write out what the job requirements are and that will help with finding the right person for the job. That is why I am studying in the University of Lincoln. I am interested in the latest approaches and practices adopted worldwide and would like to learn new techniques and methods as well as learn to work with different target groups. As I mentioned above I have taken undergraduate and graduate programs in sociology and social work in Armenia and I have worked in this area for almost ten years. However, I feel this program will give me a much broader view of social work and its best international practice, it will allow me upgrading my knowledge and skills, will give me an opportunity to study in an academic system different from that of my country's, as well as I will have an opportunity to meet with different experts and practitioners from different countries. Most importantly, I hope to gain insights that will make my work in Armenia's rural areas more effective and useful to user groups, especially children and their families. In addition, as someone involved in social policy setting in Armenia, I hope to come out of this program with more ways of improving the social legislation and practice in my country. Overall, I believe this program will give me a great opportunity to become an international social worker, as well as to advance my theoretic knowledge and practical skills and to put it to better…
Up until the summer in between freshman and sophomore year I had not fully established the ideology by which I wanted to live. I had passions in life such as classical music, triathlons, at the time engineering, and service, but I had not found the way or in a sense style of life I wanted to abide by while also doing the things I truly loved and enjoyed. At certain points prior to the summer, I had glimpses of what I wanted to be and how to carry myself. My most memorable experience of this prior to my life changing trip happened to occur in Barcelona. I was touring the city with my friend and fortunately on the tour was a stop at La Sagrada Familia, the beyond incredible Basilica that dominates the skyline. I walked up to the Basilica casually…

One of the most serious problems in Hungary is the unemployment. People are trying to find solutions to beat the unemployment but yet those efforts were hopeless, and they are still fighting to create job possibilities for the unemployed people. The economic crisis which occurred all over Europe brought a big change on the whole world. Because of the actual economic crisis the people are getting to lose their existential safety and the subsequent upon this it can occur depression, retreat from the society and violence. The loss of our workplaces, the debts, and the bankruptcy of a company can attack the individual’s identity which causes a lurch of their whole identity. Because of this a psychical crisis can evolve. The men are suffering more of this depression than the women, because it is their task to supply the whole family, in contempt of the fact that this time more women can lose her job than man. It has a big affect on the financial section, and the labour market as well. We can say that this crisis has started in 2007.The unemployment has an affect not just the individuals but their family by an appreciable financial and psyche encumbrance. The rate of unemployment has increased and it is still increasing month by month. Fortunately most of the people can see the light in the end of the tunnel in the year 2010. It seems that we can get out from this chaos which soured our everyday life in this period.…
