The Road Not Taken Explained

By: Mr Fagg The Road Not Taken In “The Road Not Taken” Frost emphasizes that every person is a traveler choosing the roads to follow on their continuous journey-life. There is never a straight path that leads a person in one direction but many. You may chose to take the same path as others but you can make a path to go your own way in life. This poem leaves me to break it up into 3 parts; 1 choices are difficult to make, 2 you should evaluate choices, and 3 follow your own dreams. All choices are different. No madder if you think the choice will not affect you it will, at one point or another. If you take a worn path you may end up as a non-rembered person or hated. But if you take a grassy path you may have a fulfilling life. This is why making choices are difficult to make. Now when you are about to make a big decision, ask yourself if it is the right choice. If you now have enough money for that dog tattoo that you have been saving for, before the appointment ask yourself if it will look good in 30 years. If the answer is no then do not get it. The choice you make now can last forever. After you evaluate your choices you should follow your dreams. If you dream of becoming an engineer, then study hard in science and math. If you want to be an astronaut then study astronomy. What you do now determines how much you can be. The poem “The Road Not Taken” shows that a choice, good or bad, will still be your choice. If you want to live like no one else, you must first live like no one else.
