1a- Give information about playgroup, upcoming projects, trips fundraisers, meetings, accidents and feedback.
1b- Make a point to a parent of any concerns with regarding the child attitude.
1c- outline a concern that parent or member of staff may have about a child that needs to be discussing, for instant, at bumblebees a parent had come to staff with a concern over her child as the parents were going through a separation, this was having an impact on the child behavior and emotions. Through this communication we were able to better handle the situation and work with the parent to help the child through a difficult and emotional time.

2.2 Explain how effective communication affects all aspects of own work.
Effective communication in workplace is a major part of the role of healthcare workers and its enables them to build good working relationships with their colleagues and service users. Ineffective communication skills in the place of work could lead to total breakdown of working relationship which could affect the people, the server user and organization reputation.
