There are two assessment reports probation officers report on: (1) a pre-sanction report which see’s if an offender is worthy for a non-custodial sentence and (2) a community service report which see’s if an offender partake in community service (unpaid) instead of going to prison. To help victims, they produce victim reports for the courts.
